Tomorrow, I will wake up. Go to work. Come home and actually be able to start a character I plan on keeping.

I know the extra servers isn't the fix for everyone, but I have not been able to log in a NA/EU server since I got the game. I've only played on a JP server and I could never play one character more than once.

With that being said, I'm so excited to be able to sit down and start. I've got my appearance ironed out and I'm ready!! Woo-woo

Just make sure to log in the instant the servers goes up. Few hours late will again result to world full error msgs

If things go right, the worst message you'll see is a queue of a few hundred.

From what i understand though, they will only be adding new servers but does not upgrade the server capacity. even if they fixed the queue system when logging in, the wait will roughly be still the same since the server can only accommodate the same amount of players.

Only positive thing is that players wont have to spam 0 anymore but waiting time should roughly be the same if the server capacity is still the samw

they are doing a maintenance today and it will be finished at 3:00 am in the morning Pacific West time. they are adding new worlds and probably fixing up the problem... let us all hope

A queue system will do a few things. Less people will be tempted to AFK because they won't have to fight to get back in and it won't make clicking the button at "just the right time" the way to get online, cutting down time. Case in point, me and my friend have tried logging in at the exact same time. On more than one occasion, one of us got in 30-45 minutes before the other. A queue system would mean we would both get in somewhere in between.

Doing a few calculations here (that I'm pulling out of my @$$), if 100 new people try to log in every 20 minutes and 15 of them get in. that's 500 new people per hour added to the rush with only 75 getting in. Lets say that's on top of 500 other people from previous hours who are still fighting. At any given time, you'd be fighting with 600+ people and growing. If you were in queue, those "and growing" would only be added to the top, efficiently cutting your time down dramatically. It's kind of like compound interest.
