That's because of PS4's requirement though, I would thought the PSN free multiplayer services/access will still be there for PS3?

I am already in ps+ membership so actually it's not problem and it is awesome feature. ps3+ps vita will be free online Service forever .Only ps4

LOL @ Gamestop as if they are the end all of information about PS Plus. If they announced it then you should also know that this only affects PS4 and not the PS3 or PS Vita. They will remain as is. Besides PS Plus is awesome and I get way more out of it than I ever got out of Xbox Live.
