    So my post that disappeared was removed by the ffxiv team for the reason below, which I got in an e-mail:

    •Posting spam, including meaningless characters and white space.

    Apparently, asking for a response on relevant issues and stating the condition of being ignored is considered spam. Seriously? How else are we supposed to get their attention?
    FFXIV team, if you can respond to our inquiries in a reasonable time frame there would be no reason to keep posting what you consider spam. You act as if we enjoy asking questions that never seem to be answered over and over again. Bringing up this thread by periodically posting is the only way to ensure it does not get lost in the pile. If we had confidence you would check all threads even on page 962 of this forum then I would only make one thread and wait for a response. It's obvious you would not, because even threads on the forefront of these boards rarely get answered. Even ones regarding a legitimate concern, and not simply a complaint. I would contact your customer support center on the subject of PSN subscriptions, but have already done that on an unrelated topic with no results. It was about as unhelpful as this technical support section.

    I love this game, and I love the entire series of Final Fantasy. But if you keep treating your fans/customers like this, you'll lose them.

    I think it's quite evident that currently the subscription is to be managed through Mog Stations.

    Yes, I know it's currently managed through the mogstation. I think I've been abundantly clear my question is regarding the possibility of subscriptions on PSN. However evident your observation is, it has nothing to do with this thread.

    Apparently , Kamina , Moderators don't like double posting and suspicious posts, such thing is supposed to be on any forum as I believe .
    Also I think , we don't need to push our issue too hard , it is obvious that it is not top priority right now and SE is at least planing to work on that issue , I hope .
    I have my patience , and when the more people buy this game on PSN and on PS3 in all and become interested in subscribing via PSN (SEN) the faster this option would be introduced.
    My position is clear , Subscribing via PSN is very much more comfortable for me (I wrote above), but for many people paying with credit card is not a problem at all , you know , BUT I think , more options to buy and subscribe (at least one more )would bring only pluses to FFXIV and community.

    Hey man, I agree with you 100% but my situation is different from yours. The money they returned to me is stuck in PSN. I have to spend it on something. I didn't ask for a refund, nor did I ask for it to be tied up in a third party online wallet. This qualifies as technical support. I wasn't asking for it to be applied towards a subscription, I stated it would be nice to do so and was wondering on the possibility of this happening in the future. I also wasn't asking for a specific answer, I was asking for A answer. Some kind of response. Any kind of a response all. I'm up for having patience, but if they have the time to delete my posts on this thread because they consider it to be spam they have the time to say yes or no.

    So hey SE, and FFXIV team-- you win. You have very successfully ignored me and I give up. While your game is awesome, and I hope it does well because clearly the hearts of the devs went into it, management needs to take a hard look at your customer service department and make some changes. If a die hard fan like me actually considered quitting your products entirely due to the treatment received throughout the launch of this title (on this and other related issues), you're doing something wrong.

    Best of luck to everyone else hoping for an answer on this incredibly simple question.
