So I have waited for about 5 full days now with no luck at playing the game since the 28th due to having accidentally added my registration code to "Add New Service Account". Images shown below. I have tried contacting Square Enix support since the first day of the issue and sent in multiple tickets as well as "Wrong Service Account" Form and only have received a notification saying they have received my ticket and is in review and that they will respond in 48 hours.

It has been 5 days now and yet haven't received anything from them. I can't log on to my characters because it's on FFXIV 1 and my CE items with none of my characters are on FFXIV 2.

I read forums and people have been able to get through chat and phone support but I've had the worst of luck whatsoever. And what makes it more degrading is some people said they got through only to hear support tell them that their account won't get fixed until the next 2 weeks. If that's the case I might as well re-purchase a new CE and apply that code to the Service account where my characters are....Anyone has any suggestions?
