Allow us to select what hotbars gamepad RB button will cycle through

At the moment it cycles through anything hotbar with something on it. I just want it to go back and forth between 1 and 2. The rest aren't timely actions and I can just use the hold feature.

remove the items from the hotbar then and it will not cycle to that page, everyone has all those basic commands on page 8. delete all of them and it wont go to that page.

I would rather be able to select which to cycle through as in OP. I personally use the main action 8 bar a great deal when out of combat, but when in combat I've no need for it. Would be a large QoL loss to have to delete bar 8.

Also: how do you remove skills from the crossbar on PS3?
