Compensation?

So i'm not asking for ANY additional days besides the days we haven't been able to log in.

I know there are problems with the servers and they are working on it and i'm glad on that part.
How ever, my days (which should be 30) started at 14. and are counting down and i haven't been able to play since this sunday. Even today i'm getting the "world is full error"

So is there any compensation getting around for this?

i believe they are going to announce some compensation, believe it may be additional 7 days for everyone!

did you own 1.0? and did you buy a full version of the game for PS3 to link to your pc account? or did you buy just an upgrade?

they already announced players would get an additional 7 days added to their accounts for the issues at hand, this roughly means -1 day (since maint to "fix" the issue isn't until TONIGHT and the game is 1 week old TODAY officially, and the 10+hour maint will kill any chances of playing tonight)

Sounds like you're using what used to be 1.0 account. Us 1.0 players only get 14 days free on 2.0 (because we already had our 30 days free with 1.0 all that time ago).

Edit: I was too slow with posting, but basically your new game you bought will be registered on a different service account. You can't add the 30 days from that game/account to one that already exists.

i owned 1.0 bought another version to upgrade for early-acces and support SE. Both were PC accounts

if you bought another version for PC... that can only be registered to a new account. the 14 days you got was only because you had 1.0 to start with. So.... no 30 days from buying another pc version unless you wanted to create a new account. Now if you bought the PS3 version and linked your accounts for PS3 with your PC account, you got another 30 days on top of the 14 you already had.
