Inner beast (WAR 35 ability) heal bugged ?

Hey guys,

I noticed that the tooltip of inner beast said it healed you for 300% of the damage done. However, i noticed in testing that the healing was in fact very unreliable, and always inferior to 300% (closer to 200% actually most of the time).

Is there a bug or something i am missing ?

I have not noticed this to be the case in normal use. However one thing I did notice is that if you use inner beast to kill a mob it will heal you for the amount of damage needed to actually kill the mob, not necessarily what the number says you did. (i.e. inner beast hits for 300, but mob really only had 50 hp left and you get a 150hp heal instead of 900)
