    Like I kept spamming the call button on my phoen and still got the busy signal. And btw, if we do get a hold of them, they will tell us we need to wait for 2 weeks to get our shit fixed. That's what I read on the other forums of people who got done talking to support with wrong service account issues.

    it took me about 37 minutes of spamming to get the main menu =/
    i really hope they don't say that. its been way too long. i'm following somebody's guide to do this, i forget the link, i'll have to do some researching to find it again

    I just love when someone tries to say SE has good customer service. Their CS is less than Sub-par. Issue resolution is the key to good customer service. Customers aren't getting their issues resolved when they deal with customer service.

    I'm not talking about the big technical issues. I'm talking about just this sort of issue that customer service should have the power to fix directly while you're on the phone with them. It's just mind boggling that someone might have to wait more than an hour on the phone and then still be told their resolution is weeks away.
