    i agree with you neil, i do think that nareia needs to calm down and think logically about this, but at the same time, i kept reopening tickets just in case one of em got closed unexpectedly. i started with the multiples once i had heard about the ticket closures of 48 hours or more.

    You can try it out now cause I just got in queue for Chat Support, just make sure you have your ticket number ready. Also, don't hang up on call support, just let it keep ringing lol. I am gonna speak to them one way or another. THIS IS THE DAY!!!! I WILL GET A RESOLUTION!!!

    Lets put it this way 6 hours on hold 4 days nothing resolved I survived ever beta and P4 error. The least I expect is the issue handled or a new Collectors code issued. Regardless of the misgivings regardless of the poor CS this is unacceptable only bright side is tomarrow at 10am est i will be on Coeurl leveling due to an extention if they dont provide a fix within 7 days of that nice extention I will demand a new code. Period end of story and continue to support FF.

    I really hope that SE takes a page out of ActiBlizz's book and realizes how important good Customer Service is to the success of an MMO. I know for a fact I would have quit WoW a heck of a lot sooner had Blizz's Customer Service not been able to resolve my issues within hours [or sometimes minutes] after getting ahold of them. Sure, they've put me on hold before, but Blizz would always come through.

    I agree with you there, i think SE can learn a lot from Blizzard Ent. support center and how they have customers still happy with their products and games.

    you know a funny thing about WoW, since it was such a popular game, it overshadowed its predecessors (wc1,2,3) everyone i ask about those games ask what they are XD. i just look at em and shake my head with a straight face. i dont even play WoW and i played all 3 of those games.

    but blizzard aside, we are on a squeenix forum =P
