Even if the ISP was throttling, it wouldn't cause you to disconnect after connecting to the game. If you have a friend, you can try and see if you can log in from their location and see if it works. If it does, it's definitely an ISP issue, which it more than likely is. Sounds like you're using a wireless card in a desktop since you can't wire in. What you can try doing is resetting your router to factory default and try. Make sure you're obtaining the DNS automatically and not using a static one. Are you running your own private network at your home e.g. using your own subnetted ip scheme? If resetting the router doesn't work, you can try to call Comcast and ask if they have alternate DNS's you can use. The "no response from host" means it's a routing issue, which in turn, could be tied to a specific DNS issue. Then again, it could just be your ISP mis flagging the game.
