Had the same problem yesterday had been able to log all last week pretty much no problems. But had the error again yesterday and again today.

1. It's not a bug.
2. You're not first and so is not last to write about it
3. Writing here will give you nothing
4. Maintenance tomorrow is supposed to make things better
5. Find something else to do before that. Or keep trying to get in

Don't worry about it buddy. I've been trying to get online all day too. ^^ You should just become one of those dicks who leave their character online all day while they are out at work etc. :L
