Upgrading to the Digital Collector's Edition

I'm sorry if I've posted this is in the wrong thread.

I'm trying to upgrade to the Digital Collector's Edition on the Mogstation, it then takes me to an Account Details page to fill in my name and address but I can't continue from this page as it keeps telling me 'the ZIP/postal code is invalid'.

Is this the correct way to upgrade? Or am I missing something? Can anyone give some information on what I need to do?

I did it through the mog station and had no issues. It didn't even ask me for address o_o It's possible that it's because I already added that information on the SE members page. Try doing that first and then upgrade through mog station again.

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately that hasn't helped and I still get the Accounts Details page asking for my info.

More worryingly, clicking Renew Subscription also takes me to the same Accounts Details and again, says my postal code is invalid... So how am I supposed to pay when my free trial is up?

Try sending them a ticket, I would imagine they can get back to you by the time the 30 day (+7 more free days) trial is over. It would be ridiculous if they couldn't....

Take a look at the address you're linking too. It could be going to the wrong region page. When I tried putting in early access code I got sent to the European page instead of the American page. Could be a similar situation.

After a lot of fumbling around and making sure my region page was right, I was finally able to add my information through the SE members page and the info updated on the Mogstation. So everything now looks to be in order. Phew... That was a lot of messing about... Thanks for helping me out surrel and NekoGato. I appreciate it.
