Restriction game region lock servers?

I'm not asking for IP blocking, before you gusy think about that. I'm asking for those that purchased EU games FINAL FANTASY XIV to let them join only EU servers, same goes with NA and JP server. The reason MOST players can't get in its because we have idiots from NA and JP trying to get in EU servers I can't login to my character because of them sorry to say this...
If those think thats the case say I.

Except that the NA and EU servers are both in the same place for the same people.
