Can anyone please tell me if... (1017, login queues)

with the client in english I get 1017 no stop, I switched to japanese and bam I'm on, the problem is now all is in japanese

There have been several times that I have experienced 1017 Server full after waiting in the queue. SE keeps trolling me

to fully combat the 1017 , several things need done.

1- Already full servers (pretty much all of them right now) need players to LEAVE those servers, forever. (Transfer to another, re-roll, etc)
2- they need to increase the population limit on servers
3- they need to limit character creation to the population limit (thus ensuring no over-population)

after all 3 of these are done - we would never see 1017 again.

well i hope in the coming updates on sept 3rd to 4th SE fixes the issues they are having and implement a working queue system. because right now its very arbitrary, i would be on queue number 600 then get an error 1017, queue number 78 then in one second im in the game, or i would be in queue line number 8 then get another error of 1017 or 2002. honestly its broken and pray it is fixed, its seems like its more than just adding additional servers because just like many companies additional network bandwidth or processing resource can be added seamlessly with with current technologies now a days. basically, if i cant play i guess i wont bother paying after my free trial.

When I DO get into the queue finally after seeing error 1017 about 50 times, I'm like place 10-15 in line. That doesn't seem like a very large queue to me to give me error 1017 about 10 seconds prior to getting into the queue.
