How many people have no life outside FFXIV Login screen?

THIS S MY OPINION EVERYONE ELSE HAS ONE. I'll tell you what I was told as a kid Opinions are like a**holes everyone has one and some stink.
I'm sorry but Someone needs to say it how many of you have no life? I come on these forums and all I see is "I've been trying to log in for 2hrs or 3hrs some people up to 10HOURS!". Are you kidding me like don't you have a girlfriend/boyfriend friends kids work school or something to do besides sit in front of PC or TV and spam the X or A button? The game isn't going anywhere your not missing much. I hope SE gets this fixed so real issues can come to light and get fixed.

There plenty of other things to do period, no matter what you're doing. The only reason why you think this is a big deal is because you would rather be doing other things. I can't say I blame you as I wouldn't spend a long time logging in, I'd sooner go do something else and come back later. However, that is my decision because that is what I want to do. For other people, trying to log in is what they want to do. That's how they choose to spend THEIR time. Why does it matter do you? I can say to you "why make this thread when there's plenty of other things to do". Clearly, making this thread is what you chose to do so all the power to you. Let other people decide what to do with their time. You make it sound like they are using your time.

If you spend 2hr or 10hrs logging in do people really need to post how long they have been trying to get in? If people took time out reading the forums instead of posting the same thing over and over, they would know a fix is coming and that 200k people know there are errors 1017 2002 and whatever else.

Although to answer your question, simply count the number of people complaining on all the login and affiliated threads.

What I'm getting at is this game isn't all that and a bag of chips.... There are other things to do and now is the time to do them while the servers are sh*t. If you have a wife or G/F or vice versa then spend time with them then, when you can really play you wont hear them b*tch at you for playing to much.

Nothing but ad hominem attacks used to justify your opinion that we should just accept that we bought something that is not fit for purpose. How long people decide to spend attempting to log in to this game, is their own business, what right do you have to make uninformed assumptions about their personal life, simply because they decide to vent their frustrations at the company who generated them in the first place?

There are at least 50 threads on the same topic if people want to vent then they need to all do it on the same thread, not keep making the same one over and over this site has been turning into the beta forums all over again which is sad. We lived past Error 3102 we will live past errors 1017 2002

Some people have been waiting years for this game.
It's not a question of having a life or not - that is irrelevant.
It's a question of wanting to play badly.

A lot of us have been waiting years to play this game myself included. But there are other things to do besides staring at the login screen for hours on end trying to get in.

This is a real issue. No one can friggin' play. What other serious issues are we having?

Your right the only issue is not logging in. Not seeing fate mobs, Sucky targeting, Ps3 crossbar sucks at level 50 and many more but I guess logging in take precedence over those.

Kinda ironic coming from someone who has a level 50 job class and god knows how many other sub jobs leveled up, talking about other people having "no lives" that just wanna get into the game.

Ah the joy of doing all the quest in the game on one job. I was on vacation the weekend of P4 so I was able to level 4 jobs to 20.
