    It would be easy for one "hop" between you and the JP server has gone down forcing you to take a different route through the network therefore changing your connection quality, beyond that there are so many things that could be at cause it would be difficult to know where to start even.

    Yeah took that into consideration though it happened immediately after the maintenance took place. Though it is possible and yes it would be really difficult to pinpoint.

    to pinpoint it you would have had to done a tracert before and after maintenance to look for changes... kinda hard to do now that your not in the past >.>
