I'm now re-downloading the FFXIV client to see if a fresh install helps. I would say don't bother, I've tried different drivers, so did my nvidia friend. I've also completely reinstalled the entire OS and everything in hopes of it fixing it, with no luck. This is completely SE issue, they need to fix it.
