    Unable to create thread "Daily Limit" though I have not posted in days.

    As the title indicates, I cannot create threads even though I have not posted today. My main class is Lv. 31 SMN, do I need to be higher than 31 to post?

    I was able to get my character level to update. I am still having the same error so it's not character level. Anyone else unable to create threads in the other subforums?
