    It just occurred to me...what exactly does Potency mean? Is it the actual base damage/effect done or is it a multiplier that takes level and stats (and whatever else) into account?

    It's a linear modifier of the overall damage formula.

    It's based off your auto attack damage. Your auto-attack is 100 potency.

    As far as I know from using MNK, DoT's Stack I try to keep Touch of Death and Demolish up at all times on a boss fight. If someone knows otherwise please tell me if I'm wasting a Dot.
    Yes, DoTs from multiple people and multiple sources stack. The only exception I believe is Thunder spells, each player can only have 1 Thunder DoT on an enemy at a time.
