This is getting ridiculous [1017] [2002] [Unable to Update NA/EU Group]

So, the game went from fun to play to complete trash in just minutes for me .. If minutes is the term when you stack up about 4 hours of sheer trying to log into the frikkin game.
Yes, this is a rage post because I paid for a game that I want to play. I used to be able to get into the game after maybe 30 minutes during the 1017 start. Nowadays tho, the game is completely unplayable for me due to NEW issues popping up when they say they've fixed one.

1017 - World is full, everyone knows this one, just keep trying and EVENTUALLY you'll get logged on, right.
2002 - Lobby connection error, THIS is the real issue, I can't even connect to the damn lobby anymore and it TURNS OFF THE GAME instead of retrying. Way to go programming.
Unable to update NA/EU(JP) group - Hmm, 1 second ago it was cannot load JP group, then at a later retry it could not reach EU/NA, I try again 1 minute later, Oh, it's back to not reaching JP. And it keeps switching between them. I don't even play on JP ... And just because the game can't reach the JP servers it laggs out and has to load something to load the NA/EU .. Again, way to go with the programming, just give the me message and let me access the NA/EU, or give me an option to disable JP servers on my client.

As stated, during a 12 hour livestream I hosted together with a few friends, I spent 3 hours trying to get on FFXIV. And today I've spent more than FOUR hours and I still cannot get into the game.

Meh, these are all the things I currently have as well. Not really going to comment about it since there are a million threads on this subject every day, but I'll at least add this little bump so they can hopefully have more chances to see that these things are still constantly happening

On day seven now of trying to play, been hit with Errors 9000, 2002, 1017, and 10102. Total play time unknown, every time I do actually get on everything seems fine then the wall of errors hit me. Perhaps after this "fix" I will actually be able to play for more than a few minutes.

they should keep JP and NA/EU totally separate as well, not to be disrespectful but personally i don't care about JP servers since i don't even play on there so i don't know why we have to deal with JP servers as well

Yeah, I agree. It must be me - thinking I should be able to play a game I paid for whenever I want to.

It is a fun game - I enjoy it - that might make it worse. I mean, hey, I could play GW2 or SWTOR right now...but I'd rather not.

Biggest tease of 2013, all FF:XIV is a login with error pop ups I give it a 10/10 on the trolling

There is so much about these Errors that make my head hurt, but I truly enjoy this game, both visually and mechanically.. So I just try and wait, try...
