Note: I just perused through the blog, I apologize for anything you may have already covered.

Cross-Class MUST HAVES:

Surecast (already mentioned)
Swiftcast (Didn't see)

I believe you need to emphasize the importance of Surecast and Swiftcast.

Surecast can allow you to precast your longer spells (Medica II/Cure III) during a boss's move. It prevents interruption, it allows you to time your spells so that they cast as soon as damage drops, and allows you to take another action immediately afterwards.
Swiftcast (THM Lv26) - it allows you to cast your next spell instantly.

Personal Opinion on play style:

As you draw closer to post-story content, you should notice that you'll have less and less time to actually pop nukes off. MP Management/Enmity Management takes greater importance over trying to squeeze in a Stone II. Effective use of Divine Seal, Shroud of Saints, Regen, and Cure I (Free Cure trait) may determine if you have enough MP or not for the entire duration of a boss fight.

Perhaps elaborate on overhleaing. Current speculation of enmity trends (nothing empirical that I have seen, just observation) mention that extra enmity is generated when you overheal.
