    Attacking Enemies

    Hi,

    Just wondering, how would you know that you actually landed a hit on enemy side or back? I looked at the log and couldn't find any message that indicates that.

    Also, I couldn't figure out what it the purpose of the two intertwined arrows on top of the highlighted enemy you are currently fighting (the one that looks like a refresh rate?!)

    Any ideas?

    The refresh symbol is just your auto attack timer I believe.

    There is no way to know if positional-bonuses actually activates atm. Dev feedback from beta phase 3 or 4 said that they were aware that many wanted this feature and that they would look into it, but made no more commitment than that. This was on the now removed beta forum and I cant find this post on this forum so you will just have to take my word for it

    Why do SE insist on starting everything over again...

    I mean this was already part of 1.0. It's not like something out of the blue

    Yes, this is pretty weird as many classes are really dependent on the positioning for ability-bonuses (especially us PGL's). And as you mention it is even more weird considering it was already in 1.0 but I guess as ARR is basically a whole new game many of the features, good or bad, did not make the transition. I really hope this is implemented ASAP though.
