Inaccurate times on dev tracker

Are you logged in when you're seeing the inaccurate times? I'm guessing that you're logged out (due to timeout) and its displaying the forum default time zone settings (which I'm guessing are Japan Standard Time, since I don't work at 6am normally ). If you're seeing those incorrect times when logged in, lemme know!

Yep, I was logged in. Like it said in the original post I even cleared cookies and logged back in with the incorrect times remaining. Tried refreshing, same times.
Though as of now the time of the referenced post says "Yesterday 08:01 PM" on the dev tracker. It still says 3:01 PM in the thread itself. Seeing as my time zone is GMT -5, it seems to be going by GMT as the 8:01 in the tracker is 5 hours ahead of the actual post time.
I'll clear cookies again, log back in and edit this post afterward to let you know the results.

EDIT:: Still the incorrect times (showing as GMT it seems). I also checked the times before logging back in, and the tracker showed "Yesterday 05:01 AM" for the Mailbox/Delivery thread. Still very off from this morning's "Today 05:01 AM" and the current "Yesterday 08:01 PM".

For me, this post is showing up when I view the thread as 2:51PM, which is when it was posted during my local time, however, on the dev tracker it says 8:51PM. Is that the English community team's local time?
