Inaccurate times on dev tracker

As the title states, I've noticed some inaccuracies with the time display on the Dev Tracker.
Currently at the time of typing, it is 3:53 AM (GMT-5 Eastern US Time). The dev tracker currently displays 2 posts as "Today 06:00 AM" and one as "Today 05:01 AM" Last night, they showed as 10 PM and 9:01 PM at around 7 PM.
Going to the post shows the correct time, so it seems to just be a Dev Tracker issue. I have cleared cookies and checked/re-set my time zone settings just in case but the issue remained.

Are you logged in when you're seeing the inaccurate times? I'm guessing that you're logged out (due to timeout) and its displaying the forum default time zone settings (which I'm guessing are Japan Standard Time, since I don't work at 6am normally ). If you're seeing those incorrect times when logged in, lemme know!

Yep, I was logged in. Like it said in the original post I even cleared cookies and logged back in with the incorrect times remaining. Tried refreshing, same times.
Though as of now the time of the referenced post says "Yesterday 08:01 PM" on the dev tracker. It still says 3:01 PM in the thread itself. Seeing as my time zone is GMT -5, it seems to be going by GMT as the 8:01 in the tracker is 5 hours ahead of the actual post time.
I'll clear cookies again, log back in and edit this post afterward to let you know the results.

EDIT:: Still the incorrect times (showing as GMT it seems). I also checked the times before logging back in, and the tracker showed "Yesterday 05:01 AM" for the Mailbox/Delivery thread. Still very off from this morning's "Today 05:01 AM" and the current "Yesterday 08:01 PM".

For me, this post is showing up when I view the thread as 2:51PM, which is when it was posted during my local time, however, on the dev tracker it says 8:51PM. Is that the English community team's local time?

Nay, we're based in Los Angeles, CA so it's only 1:57pm at the moment.

What browser you all using? I'm seeing the correct times on the main page... I'll forward it along, though.

Google Chrome here. Version 10.0.648.204 (also seems to be updating after checking the version number) if that matters too. Just like REDace0, threads display the correct time but it's just the tracker that is off.

EDIT: Chrome is now updated to 10.0.648.205, still showing the incorrect times. Dev Tracker is displaying the same exact ones as REDace0. I'll check through Firefox and *shudder* Internet Explorer and edit this post again to see if the problem persists, as I know Chrome can be a bit silly at times.

EDIT 2: Sojiro posted his FireFox results, and my IE8 displays different times than Chrome and Firefox albeit still incorrect ones. At least IE displays Cali's time.

I'm using Firefox 4.0 and its showing the incorrect time on the tracker as well. Your actual forum post time shows 3:57pm (which would be right for my time) but the dev tracker shows 8:57pm.

Currently posting via Internet Explorer 8(.0.7601.17514) and now the dev tracker is showing Bayohne's second post to this thread at 1:57 PM, whereas in-thread it displays the correct time of 4:57 PM.

Using Firefox and I've also noticed this for a while. I'm always logged in, and one day a community rep message may say it was posted at 5pm, then the next time I look at it all the times have changed and it may say 9pm. It's very strange.
