    Option to have hotbars visible at all times.

    Please give us the choice to have our hotbars on screen at all times. Arrow down is often not working for me with switching hotbars and now with the added targetting system its often that im changing All into Party or whatever when i mean to change to hotbar #2.

    Also clicking on targets with mouse often lets me click on myself since the last patch, this is highly annoying.

    Yeah, the hotbar needs to be up all the time, and to have more than one too. I know we can cycle through them and that's all very well, but many other MMOs have the option at least of multiple hotbars up at one time. Please SE do this!
