[GAMEBREAKING] Ability/moving objects delay and unresponsiveness (affects everybody)

I play primarily as monk and this issue plagues me daily. I really hate when a mob does a frontal attack and I move behind the mob for what feels like 1-2 seconds before it "goes off" but I still die, while behind the mob mind you. And this is seen regardless of my latency with the server.

Very good and stable connection.

Doubt anyway that this has something to with the client side connection, character position dont get updated enough.
