[GAMEBREAKING] Ability/moving objects delay and unresponsiveness (affects everybody)

Hi all,

thank you Vektrat for describing this in detail since this is exactly the problem that starts annoying me more every day I play.
Getting into the first instances that requires some movement, it is almost impossible to play like I should because of the delay that stops me from getting out of the red zones or kicking the boss in time.
I hope that the team will look into that as soon as possible.
