    The wifi symbol in the upper right corner of the screen next to the clock displays your latency.

    Right I don't really understand how to read that it says sending and receiving...

    In all the other mmos I have played like WoW,SWTOR and Rift it will have like 150ms for latency.

    In this game it says stuff like sending 40 and receiving 1400 I have no idea what that means..

    The sending is your ping if im not mistaken.

    You can also ping the datacentre using the command prompt, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQyjn44ZThQ gives you the IP address if you wish to double check.
