Standing out of the red, and still getting hit

I'm having 0 issues on my server. I'm on Hyperion and I live in new York city. The server time is 6 hours ahead of me so I know for a fact that Hyperion is a European server. I guess SE should of explained where each server actually is.

Well, servers are in Canada. So I'd expect players from NA to have few problems.

As for me, I'm EU, and red circles are a pain. If I don't move out of AOE before cast is 50% I will most likely get hit.
