[Help] Gamepad, Cross-hotbar, and Additional Hotbars

Hello,

i'm a PC gamer using gamepad to play ARR
it's a great new experience and totally get rid of the o'l point n click feels of the game
everything is perfect

however, i'm having a problem at later levels as i need more hotbar slots besides my cross-hotbar for my skills and item shortcuts
i already use 3 sets of cross-hotbar, and i think that's already too much
so i'm planning to add an additional vertical hotbar instead of adding another cross-hotbar set
can i keybind the vertical hotbar shortcut to my gamepad?
or do cross-hotbar is the only way to go for gamepad?

i know i could just click them with my mouse
but when i'm on my couch i'll be too lazy to switch to my mouse lol
