Alt + A number 2~9 Stops working as keybind.

This is happened to me a few times now. I log in, and I have my HOTBAR3 Bound to Alt + #1~0 - = . For some reason, Numbers 2~9 Stop working. Alt+1, Alt+0, Alt+- and Alt+= still work. Logging out and restarting the game doesn't seem to fix it. I thought I fixed it before by resetting the key bindings default as well as setting the hotbar options to default. But this time it didn't work. I can still type with numbers 2~9, and alt + 2~9 work anywhere outside of FF14. When I clear the key bindings and try and input Alt+2 for example, it shows blank. It will show an Alt + (blank space) and when I let go it clears back to nothing.
