All they need to do is for dungeons to add the whole party to the hate list once the tank gets initial agro. Tank dies, enemies move to next party member until all are dead. Problem solved. Plus removing the leashing of the enemies, just for dungeons at least.

by the way... speaking of Speed Running a dungeon, how does exp scale for clearing a dungeon in say 30 minutes opposed to 60 minutes?

didn't know this was an exploit.. there are several dungeons where this is employed in this game.. /shrug id like a dev response to this so I know im not breaking the rules by doing this with parties.

Leashing has already been removed inside dungeons, that's why the mobs will follow the tank to his death. The issue is with the aggro system and whether sac pulls are legitimate.

Reason why this running through mobs mechanism was in 1.0 was because they encouraged speed runs, where certain rewards are obtained only through speed runs. But the devs are removing this way of playing in 2.0.

That is in no way an exploit.

Anybody that knows about gaming knows that there's give and take in all decisions made / Tank pull like that has an advantage and a disadvantage but how in the world is it an exploit? When I get agro, from a random mob outside of dungeons, I simply run away and loose agro. Is that an exploit? I simply used a mechanic to drop agro and reset a mob and bypassed the intention of my fighting it. If I pull agro in a dungeon and run to the exit before the mob gets me, is that an exploit? I simply avoided combat by escaping. I can on with all sorts of examples but it bothers me that the guy who first posted this is some sort of untrustworthy sore person who seems to think the world isn't fair is on a mission to make it fair for everyone.

Agreed, this is a 100% exploit and the only people here who are defending it are exploiters who are looking to keep doing it.

yeah this is a exploit your crazy if you think its not.
It would be like pulling a raid boss with just the tank let him die and rez him and walk past the boss to get to the next boss it should be like WoW if you pull something in a dungeon the mob will aggro the whole party regardless of where they are in the dungeon.

please fix or respond to this asap square. i consider this gamebreaking seeing how people are getting a advantage by being able to login vs others that can't. I imagine it might work in other dungeons as well.

How about making killing the mobs worth something.

I agree with this wholeheartedly. 1 gil per kill? you want all the mobs dead? bump it up to 25-100 gil per kill.
