A slippery-slope argument is when someone proposes that conceding to A would inevitably lead way to B. It's the idea that bringing back the goobbue will be like a domino effect that cannot stop, that the decs are incapable of bringing it back without bringing back things like legacy status for example. This is a silly view.

I see Goobbue as a reward from a seasonal event.
A "seasonal event" implies the event repeats on a cycle (like seasons themselves). Exclusive items are handled in many games this way actually.
