Everyone is Ul'dah because (1) The majority of the population shops in the Ul'dah wards on all servers (2) The best guild leve's come from Ul'dah.

I think just by installing chocobo's in the game it would help the congestion problem at the high demand camps because it would enable players to travel to other areas easier.
