    MRD/WAR Mercy Stroke Potency too Weak?

    Would anyone else agree that Mercy Stroke should have a higher Potency than our other abilities seeing as it is an Execute skill only usable during the last 20% and with such a long cooldown? Our Skull Sunder combo potency is 200 as well and is spammable for the most part. Other more advanced combos such as Storm's Path and Storm's Eye even exceed the 200 Potency of our execute as well. Maybe I'm missing something?
