Cannot start Scholar AF body quest at level 50.

Steps:
1. I completed the Scholar quest "In the Image of the Ancients" at level 45 and received four pieces of AF armor.
2. I leveled to 50.
3. I went back to Alka Zolka in Limsa Lominsa and he would not grant me the level 50 quest.
