It is dumb the way this is setup. When you get your job you should be able to set your points up based on the job not the main class. Leveling as an ACN while putting all of your pts in MND was a pita until I hit 30 and could use cleric stance as a SCH. And also what are people supposed to do that did not know any better and are stick with a bunch of INT and farming for 10k seals is not an answer, no one else has to farm seals for their job as it was very clear what their main stat would be from the beginning.

Good help. Your reasoning is on point and you made a lot of sense with your argument. /endsarcasm

    Cleric Stance

Ok so I'm asking this to the people who crunch the numbers and do all that extra math stuff to help us others out. Seeing as how the arcanist gets a lot of int from passive traits while leveling up, if you put all your points in int and then used cleric stance would the int --> mind outweigh the negative healing aspect that cleric stance generates? Because if it does then that's what I'm gonna go with.

20% decrease in heals might be less significant than the gain in all that int you spent ur points on going to mind in cleric stance. Please help me with the math!

I flip back and forth between Summoner and Scholar all the time. I put my points into intellect for summoner, but when I switch over to scholar, the gear I have for it makes the Mind attribute surpass my intellect attribute. I have no problems with healing during dungeons with doing it this way. As far as cleric stance goes, I would not use it because I noticed that when using it that my heals were maybe 20 to 50 points less than when I had it off. This may not be for everyone, but it works for me.

I am actually using this. I have all my points on int and I am using Cleric Stance.
If you look closely your healing magic potency and attack magic potency matches your mind and intelligence. I think the 20% healing reduction and 10% attack increase just don't work with scholar.

On or off cleric stance does not affect the magic potency it seems but when cleric stance is on, my healing is much better. Can anyone clarify this?
