Even if the ISP doesn't directly throttle or filter traffic, there are other nodes between the ISP and SE that can cause issues as well.
You should post which ISP you're using.

If that's the case, why would I have had no issues up until this past Monday? My ISP is through OCN / NTT in Japan, and it's a fiber optic connection that I've had no issues with where any other game is concerned. I'm on PS3 as well, so my options for diagnostic measures are a little limited. I've contacted OCN and they assured me they weren't throttling anything I was running. Also, this issue is all over these forums, so we're hardly alone on this.

You are such a tool sir , you go in every thread with that issue asking people for their ISP like it will make a difference and you tell them it;s their ISP when it's not. Stop being a jerk i am tire of seeing your obnoxious post everywhere when we try to find solution and you just bring " What's your ISP " when we obviously all did our little test or phone call to know if it was our ISP in first hand. Just get out of the forums right now we don't need you. That's the first time i am being really rude to someone on the forum but you are a tool and you deserve it.
