    I got my gathering on Botanist to 341 and my gather rate on Trillium Bulbs, Crawler Cocoons and Spruce Logs is 90% as well as 95% (assuming this is cap) on Elemental Clusters. Anyone know if you can go any lower and still be capped on gathering at rare nodes?
