Tooltip error with Steady Hand

The crafting ability "Steady Hand" states when hovering over the ability that it improves action success rate by 20%. However when you hover over the Steady Hand Buff, it only says 10%. I'm not such which is wrong, but one of them certainly is.

I'd like to bump this topic so that it may be addressed. It seems likely to be a quick fix, haha surprised something like this slipped through the beta but it seems possibly with everyone primarily being concerned about FATEs and the Duty Finder pre-launch.

A search pulled this up and a Dev answered the other day (Though not sure if he was addressing the initial thread holder or the person who responded afterwards).
