How do I get a refund for my game purchase?

Gamestop will not refund me my purchase of the game, so I would like to know how I go about getting my money back for this game purchase? I have played a few times, experiencing crashes each time, forcing me out into a 1017. I may revisit this game further down the road, but as of right now, short of me calling my card company to have them block the money paid to Gamestop, I'd much rather try and see if SE will refund me for my copy.

I encourage you to see if they fix they are going to be putting in with the world maintenance today fixes most of the issues they've been having with being able to login and servers full. If it doesn't, then I'm sure you won't be the only one placing a dispute with your card company to get your refund. I have decided to give them the free period I got with the game to get the issues fixed. If not, I just won't subscribe.
