    XP Is not right for Crafted Item: Cobalt Cuirlass

    In-game time: 7.30 am ST
    Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa - Hawkers Alley
    Steps:
    1. Crafted Cobalt Cuirlass - 100% COmpleate - 10% HQ Progress - 1st time compelated
    2.Game and XP bar only gave a toatl of 20 XP
    3. Tried a Cobalt Helm - Same XP given
    4. Tried Cobalt Ingot - 5000+ XP (Rested Bonus + HQ Progress)

    Additionally Happens with other recipes as well....

    Additionally Additionally - This occurs with Level 50 Items - Lvl 49 items produce the right amount!
