Least Played - Warrior or Paladin?

Pretty much what the title asks. Which of the tank classes is the least played?

Warrior. Mainly because it is harder to play them than paladins. Paladins have good damage mitigation while marauders rely on their big hp to survive damage. So healers tend to spend more mp healing warriors than paladins

I'm warrior at level 35 right now and we have a ton of ways to regain HP available for use: Blood Bath, Mercy Stroke, Thrill of Battle and Inner Beast to directly restore HP in various ways. Then Defiance grants 15% more HP healed at infuriated status, can cross class Convalescence from GLD which you needed to do Warrior quest anyway and Second Wind from PGL also. In my FC and from my dungeons running experience, definitely more PLD though.

Both tank classes have a very few population in the 50 server combined

you playing tank class regardless of it's class would be doing a lot of people a HUGE favor

but yeah, i see a lot less marauder than paladin anywhere mainly because most people playing tanker still don't believe that marauder can tank

I would say Paladin is least played. Warrior seems to be get more love. But I like anything with Sword and Shield so...

I've run 13 dungeons so far, only ever seen 2 warriors. Could be local to the Typhon (JP) dungeon cluster but I doubt it. As someone mentioned paladins are a lot easier to heal (although from what I've seen warrior holds aggro a lot better).

I play whm (as well as mrd). honestly, there is barely a difference apart from mrd's ability to generate aoe hate early on in the game (im talking about pre 20). I dont find it exceptionally tougher to heal either gld/pld nor mrd/war.

Also, at this stage, most people access instances and dungeons via duty finder i.e. no one has has the luxury of choice even if they do have a preference, and trust me, at the current difficulty of the game, no one has any preference.

I've seen more MRD than GLD's for my level so there's that...but at the end of the day, both tanks are really least played all together.
