Main Quest bug out, cant continue on it [personal character bug]

my character is bugged on the Main Story quest "Drowning Out the Voice" -Use the electromagnetic reader at prime locations [Mor Dhona]. Everyone else I talked to have completed it with no problem.
Asking to look for 5 locations I was able to get 4/5, on the 5th when I click the location marked, I didn't get credit for it and the clickable location is gone. Without this last one, I cannot complete me story quest, nether zoning or a relog fix this issue. I have submitted a ticket of this issue, but was email back to post my bug here instead.
