The main problem is players logging in and refusing to log out, filling what few slots each server has. (few, compared to the amount of players that are registered to each server)


They locked char. creation on almost all the servers to try to get people to make new toons on the "less populated" ones, but honestly I don't want to restart - again. Already did once.

I'd prefer, instead, a character transfer service. first shot freebie of course, then all my friends and I could go to 1 server and never leave it.

I can't really blame people for doing that though. It's an issue that SE has created. Players reacting to a problem that SE should have remedied.

The "remedy" is simple.

When done - log out.
Only use 1 toon (until congestion is fixed, besides, it can do EVERYTHING so why do you need more?)

Not to sound cynical man, but there's really no point in trying to log in anymore until the servers are fixed. You're just wasting your time and frustrating yourself over something you can't control.

The community that is in the game realized the AFK strategy which has now become a standard strategy to everyone now. And while you can blame them for taking up space, you also really can't... (because they also paid money and are taking steps to ensure they don't waste their money.. yada yada, but that's another topic)
So spots are too scarce to be worth the effort. Best advice is to just go play another game until the servers are fixed. It sucks, but it'll take your mind off it. Then if you can't get on then, well... then shitake has really hit the fan.

Also if it's any collation from my experience and many others as of late, even if you get in you're most likely going to get 90k'd out.

Yes we're all disappointed and you can bash me for saying, "Just wait it out"... but it's really your only option that can keep you calm about the situation. You make this thread it doesn't effect SE, and only serves to bring people to come in and clash on each other.

You are wrong .. official forums are where all game review sites pull DATA from user based customers. By publishing actual comments listed in the threads gives them complete freedom to DEGRADE a game score without any repercussions from the company and it's publishers.

You see ... Data collected and shared can make or break SALES in this industry. So nobody ... wants negative FEEDBACK
