    [BUG]Ingame Reporting Not Working

    The ingame reporting feature under the help desk is currently not working. When you click any of the selections and the text box pops up, you cannot type in any of the fields.

    Gladiator/Can't remember level

    Area and Coordinates:
    Ul'dah Adventurers guild

    In-Game Time:
    Don't Remember

    Steps:
    1. Hit ESC
    2. Click Support Desk
    3. Click Any of the Report Options
    4. When text box appears try to click in any of the fields to type


    I have also noticed that there appears to be some type of conflict possibly having to do with the option of having the gamepad. Even though i have it disabled, when i hit ESC to get out of the Reporting Textbox that little white-gloved hand flashes briefly before the window closes.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved. If this does continue to be a concern, please create another thread to further try to discuss resolutions or contact the Support Center at support.na.square-enix.com for assistance.
