Why can't a consumer be frustrated with a product not delivered as promised? My understanding has no bearing on whether or not they failed. Be as technical as you want, but all my frustrations aren't invalidated in the face of your sarcasm.
Being frustrated is one thing. Calling out people based on a situation you don't understand because you don't have the training and experience in is a completely different story.

That's a cute thought, Kikia. But as a manager of a very high volume retail store how do you see this scenario playing out?
Customer: "You sold me this thing and its broken, I'm angry and would like a refund."
Me: "Ma'am, you really have no right to be frustrated since you aren't running a high volume retail store. Maybe if you understood more about what is required to produce, ship, and merchandise that product before you bought it broken you'd be less angry. You should be patient and wait for us to give you a product that works a week from now. We have no interest in refunding your product."
What do you think the chance is I lose this job following this conversation? Or have to call the police on a violent customer?

I've seen a few of your posts now. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Why are you defending a huge company's obvious failures?
Maybe you can tell everyone why they failed to look at how many people pre-ordered. Because all they had to do was look at that number and they would have known their servers couldn't handle it. Servers filled day one, they filled in beta phase 4.
Using "all MMO's have problems at launch" is inadequate. While true, most MMO's are first-timers, and even then they don't simply refuse people access and take this long to fix it. This is SE's third MMO, they aren't new to the game.
Sometimes people are such fanboys/girls and they hope for the best for a company andor series they love that it is blinding.. SE Has some solving to do and I think it is too late to implement what should have been in.
