The biggest failure here is not the lack of server capacity or lack of servers, it is not the broken queue system, it is not the typical bugs & issues which have unfortunately become accepted as the norm when a video game (mmo or not) goes live... the biggest failure here is YOU as a company. You defeated yourself before even opening the gate. Additionally, knowing that you knowingly sold considerably more copies than you had server space for, just makes you look bad. You failed to account for the number of 'returning' players... and you failed to have reserve countermeasures previously prepared (additional servers at the ready) to offset the possibility of an 'overwhelming positive response'.

I am enjoying the game (what I have been able to play of it). I hope you can turn this around quickly before that "Overwhelming Positive Response" becomes a Negative Black Hole on your new servers.
