Fed up of the need of Healers!

I guess I am one of the few that actually enjoy healing -_-
I only have a limited number of buttons though as a lower level but I don't see why you (OP) are having a problem at level 20...

There's something rewarding about being a healer. Although I had to laugh the other day, got called trash healz because the DD couldn't or wouldn't avoid aoe.

I love being a healer but should be able to deal with those kind of trash talkers. ~.~ I have my limit to those kind of players and they just really...you know.


To teach those scumbag players,I leave them to die if they refuse to communicate.

I play PLD and love it, but one of my #1 rules if you want help, "ask me politely" Don't keep sending blind PT invites over and over, then get pissed off when I keep canceling it. Speak up, ask for help, be polite too, is that so hard to do!?

Same goes for LS and GC invites, don't keep sending me invites if you don't communicate first, and regardless, if I havn't played or spoken with you to begin with, its never gonna happen!

I cannot communicate in game due to multi tasking issues..but if I could, I would say chill out its just a game. And its not like you cannot do these as many times as you want. We are suppose to be here for fun, not walking on eggshells around others. I do not know anyone that's perfect, and I'm 54 years old, we all make mistakes. There is a mentality out there, but is it coming from pro MMO players (this my first one). Its like everybodyhas to be perfect or else?...Now my run with Titan and the 2 dungeons before it, a very great set of players. So we die, laugh and try gain, we finished duty...

Low-Level Healer thus far; but enjoying it.

The servers have died on me a few times in runs - yet outside of those minor annoyances I've really come to respect the role. A lot of fun all around.

I like to duty up with randoms, friends and those desperately needing a healer on Shout. If I'm online and I'm at the level I can assist, I gladly will.

If you don't play nice though?

I have healed few times as main healer using my thaum. Sure I have no emergency aoe heal like a conj but we beat the dungeon. I also have healed as Conj and avoided using medica as much as possible as I have seen many use it to much (almost as main heal) and gain aggro from tank. I mainly play caster DPS because I do know tanks and healers always get blamed if party dies. I will only blame them if I know it really is their fault. Like say tank pulled when healer says out of mana party dies. Um yeah but I also don't get mad I just say wait next time and laugh with them. I still won't play a tank but I do heal

Welcome to MMORPGs, mate. The dire need for heals/tanks is commonplace in most due to the ungrateful job it is. You're either praised when things go well, or blamed when things go south.

This is so true. Don't let it get to you. I find those who complain about others are the ones who did the screwing up themselves ...
