Has not received pre ordered game

Hello,

Has anyone had any issues receiving the Collectors Edition Pre Ordered game?

Mine was out for delivery for 4 days and when I Checked the order my address wasn't even listed. All it said was my Name City State and zipcode. I also checked the status it said:

SAINT PAUL, MN 55121

Yes. I am having the exact same issue (my street address went missing). Your copy is going back to Digital River Inc, who runs the Square Enix store. I have already contact their customer service and they are refusing to resend me my copy. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau against Digital River. If you do the same, perhaps it'll be more effective.

You can also google their contact number, their support is available 24/7. I wish you better luck than I am having.

I could not find Square Enix Store number anywhere.

I am going to attempt to contact SE support tomorrow and find out if they can help since their office was closed today for the holiday.
